I needed a part for a high-end outdoor shower. When I brought the part into the store, Rob diagnosed what was not working. He and other staff spent considerable time looking for a nut that would have solved the problem. When it was clear that they didn't have one, they spent even more time trying to figure out how to order just a small part of the shower system. They even brought it in overnight so that I could get the shower up and running. When I couldn't disconnect the nut on the new part from the unit, I took it back. Rob is great! He diagnosed the exact problem with our water heater over the phone. He called me back at 3:30, an hour and a half before closing, with an opening due to cancellation. Half an hour later he's at my house with a new water heater, and by 4:30 they were done with the job. 10/10 highly recommend!
