“Thanks to Bill Sr and Alex the tech who came to the house today, my generator is finally running after being hit by a lightening power surge in the storm about 10 days ago. Today we were hit with another storm, Alex got the generator running after replacing a part taken from the showroom since the part I needed wasn’t coming in until Thursday! I’m sooooo grateful for Bill Sr’s decision as my entire area just lost power and my generator kicked in like clockwork. Thank you again… I could not have gone through another storm without power for several days due to the former lightening strike taking out my generator, internet, a/c, hot water and irrigation!“

“Exceptional service! Polite, friendly and focused on their task. My outside porch lights were not working after I added lampposts. Matt and his apprentice checked out my breaker and determined I had a short somewhere. After tracing the line they determined I had a broken wire somewhere in my line feeding the lampposts. They disconnected that line allowing me to have my front porch lights until spring when the necessary repairs can be made. Very happy with the service and polite manners.
