NE Electrical Contracting services my generator. Recently the generator transfer switch failed. Got an appointment within a few days, and technician Mike diagnosed the problem within an hour. I appreciate how he listened carefully to the issue and kept me updated on progress. He stayed late to get the new control module installed properly, then checked up a few days later to make sure the generator could do a full function test properly. I really appreciate the patience and going the last mile.

I had a young man come to my house when lightening hit my generator...he came the same day that I called. He explained everything that he was doing at the time. He returned again to service my generator and since I wasn't home he left me a note on my front door telling me what he replaced and that all was good! Unheard of....His name is Junior and I called his company to give kudos to him...such a nice young man!
