Our experience with Deak has been exceptional.Our sales rep, Manny, is extremely knowledgable and clearly explained the optimal installation plan. Morgan's customer support has been amazing. Despite our challenges with generator/tank placement, she stuck with us every step of the way until the job was successfully completed. The absolute best. I have been using Deak electric for over 3 years to service my V-10 liquid cooled generator. Steve and Helena are extremely professional, knowledgeable, available and always willing to help. The make Deak electric the only place to purchase and service your Generac generator. I wouldn’t know what to do without them!If I could give 6 stars, I certainly would.
