I was trying to find what I suspected was a now no-longer manufactured part. Although the return phone call confirmed this, sadly, about 10 minutes later I received a second phone call asking me to bring in the part 'in case' there was a possible substitution. I had nothing to lose except time, so I went and visited. A pleasant shopping experience! Although we could find nothing to substitute I appreciate the fact that someone physically went through parts and LOOKED. I may have to scan the internet to find this discontinued part - BUT AT LEAST SOMEONE TRIED TO GO THE EXTRA MILE. Thank you!

Okay, the ladies working here are really nice and pleasant. I bought my sewing machine here and was quite happy. Until I couldn't find my buttonhole foot. I search Google, amazon, no way to order the buttonfoot. I actually had to go to the store and order the part in (in this day in age, this process is ridiculous). Lady assured me it'd be in in a week. I pay $32 and wait. Three weeks later, no part. I call again (already called several times asking about it) and I'm told to come in, they would give me one of their used feet instead.
