Had my first ever cranio sacral therapy session with Cristina today. I am not exaggerating when I say it was one of the most profoundly relaxing experiences of my life. I immediately felt at ease with her, and she took the time to sit with me and listen to what brought me in before starting the session. The space is lovely and quiet, and I thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience, start to finish. I absolutely will be back for more. I can't recommend Cristina and Touch of Light enough!
