Booked an appointment two weeks out for a color and days before the appointment “Booksy” sends me notice that appointment was canceled. I call asking why and reschedule if necessary… Told she just hung up with me and that’s why it was canceled. I explained it wasn’t I who she spoke with; now totally confused I request my appointment back.Anna says I’ll call you back when I figure things out” NEVER heard from her again and my bill would have been several hundreds revenue for her. So much for customer service!

I called this Hair Salon by mistake because their name is similar to the tanning salon that I frequent. It was early in the morning (hadn't had my coffee yet) so I left a voice mail inquiring about a tanning appointment later that day. Minutes later, Mojo called me back to inform me that they are a Hair Salon and not the Tanning Salon. We both laughed it off and engaged in a minute conversation. Very friendly and excellent customer service! ?

I wanted my hair to look like this but i ended up getting a haircut shorter than the photo. I can’t even put my hair up in a ponytail or a bun that’s how short it is. I’m not happy with how my hair ended up. I told the hairdresser that it’s too short but she kept saying that that’s how the picture looked and that it looks like a bob haircut. When it does not at all. The place overall was nice and clean but they need to listen to what they’re told on hair. I feel very insecure now because of my haircut.Services: Hairstyling

Marta is a GREAT hair stylist. She is very knowledgeable in highlights, cuts, styling and products. She is a great listener and does only what YOU want. It is also just a really relaxing, low-key and easy experience coming to the salon. Marta is sweet and great to be around. I am always so happy to come and leave feeling great every time! Highly recommend.
