I love this place! Clean facility, plenty of equipment, knowledgeable and friendly staff. They’re attentive to your needs and ability, ensuring safety, while supporting progress. A wonderful gym for pushing yourself no matter what level of athleticism you’re at. Workout structure is great, and so is the music selection! So glad that my partner found this place for us!

First time dropping into this gym while visiting for the holidays. Great variety of athletes and very challenging workout. Not something you find at every CrossFit gym. I’ll definitely be coming back to this gym. Also, impressive Japanese maple in the front.

I've been to a few CrossFit gyms but this is my favorite. The staff and owners are great! The workouts are well thought out, the warmups are thorough as are the cool downs. The instructions for the day's workout go through each movement, breaking up the workouts and building them up until they are confident you are doing them correctly. I highly recommend them. I moved out of the area but make the drive back each morning.
