Jaylene did a fabulous job on my eyebrows. My eyebrows are naturally asymmetrical so i had not had much luck with salons doing it just right. I stopped getting them done for sometime so they could grow out. I decided to go do the 40min drive to Brains Beauty Brows based on the great reviews. I am glad i did!!!!!!
Every encounter here has been with so sweet and easy to work with. I have had 3 different estheticians (s/o Maddie, Ashanti and Brianna!) and all of them have been consistently understanding of my eyebrow goals and helping rebuild and reshape them. I don't see myself needing to go anywhere else. They also have a lot of great promos when you're on their mailing list!
Arianna was great!!! Coming in, I was so nervous, however, she spoke to me in a relaxed tone and had me laughing and relaxed in a short time. The place is always clean, well lit, relaxing and proper hand hygiene was constantly practiced. It is very easy to make or adjust an appointment online or in person. They have good phone etiquette. They are not only patient in person but also on the phone. I am a repeated customer because, I always left smooth, clean and very satisfied. I recommend this place for their overall care, respect and love shown through their craft on every visit. Every penny spent was worth it.
