The technician Donovan thoroughly and methodically went through the phases to determine where the leak was coming from, which was not where we thought it was. He found the culprit and we were able to address the issue. Thank you. I will call on Advance Plumbing again when I have a plumbing need.
Mike was very personable and nice. I told him I have a few things that need to be fixed. He didn’t seem like he wanted to do any of the work I was showing him. He said he’ll give me an estimate for it all and come back. I told him I NEED at less one shower fixed today! That’s why I made the appt for today and took the morning off. He fixed the one shower which was very quick and easy. He was there for almost an half hour. $425 and he only used about $20 in parts.
Greg was very knowledgeable and personable. Great job with explaining the situation and providing service. Would absolutely recommend anyone looking for professional work to be done the right way. Thank you kindly.
