To echo the other reviews, AAA offers a great service. We were lucky to have Jaime handle our dryer service call. He is prompt, respectful, super knowledgeable and very friendly. I feel the price was fair, as we spent under $200 to fix a dryer that we may have replaced. He explained each step of the repair and walked me through the bill. I would agree with other reviewers that the customer service agent comes off as rude. I spoke to her three times, and while I don't think that is her intent, I did sense the same attitude that others have mentioned. Called this morning to schedule a dryer repair. The repair man was very efficient and timely got quickly to the repair and the cost was very reasonable. Would recommend giving them a call for any needed repairs.

Very happy with the service we've received from AAA! Jimmy is the best...always on time, quick to diagnose the problem and communicates throughout the process. Prices seem very reasonable to me. The woman on the phone is always very nice and professional as well.
