We have used AAA appliance for over 30 years and I’ve always been very happy with their service. When we call Patty, she always makes sure to send someone same day or next day. They are there on time and great about giving you a quote before doing any repairs. Jamie has done multiple repairs for us and we’ve always been very happy with the service. Jim is very professional as well. I would highly recommend AAA appliance.
To echo the other reviews, AAA offers a great service. We were lucky to have Jaime handle our dryer service call. He is prompt, respectful, super knowledgeable and very friendly. I feel the price was fair, as we spent under $200 to fix a dryer that we may have replaced. He explained each step of the repair and walked me through the bill. I would agree with other reviewers that the customer service agent comes off as rude. I spoke to her three times, and while I don't think that is her intent, I did sense the same attitude that others have mentioned. I'd urge customers to see past the voice on the phone, because the worker who comes to do the actual work makes it worthwhile.Service:...read full review
