My experience is not directly with Whaling City, but with one of your technicians who assisted me nearby. It's 25F. I was stopped at a local gas station, trying to figure out how to work my jack stand to change out a (VERY OBVIOUS) flat tire. Cold and tired from working all day, and now trying to figure this nonsense out. Last time I changed a tire out for a spare was 12 years ago, and this was obvious. He stopped by me, sitting on the spare figuring this out, and asked if I needed help. Without hesitation, I said yes, and he proceeded to go over all the pieces I had out, and also explained step by step what he was doing so I would know in the future. He made sure the spare tire PSI was correct before leaving, and wished me a safe drive home. If this is how their staff is off hours, I can only imagine how kind and understanding they are on the clock. I will update this review when I stop by and grab his name on Friday.
Easy in and out service for an accessory purchase installation. Friendly professional service no surprise extra charges. Not the dealership I bought my vehicle at but will definitely use this service department again in the future.
Whaling City Ford is one of the best dealership in the New London area. They cater to your needs and they are very accommodating. Their customer service is top tier!!! My sales rep?!?!?!!! sheeeeshhh Eric was terrific he was very helpful and understanding I walked out that place with my new 2023 Mustang Mach-E and I am extremely happy!!
