This is my review on my recent visit, my only visit. Overall, I would give this place three stars only because the doctor’s professionalism and the wait time which is understandable. Care seemed excellent other than personality of the doctor. Personally witnessing the attending doctor tearing down his residents in front of patients was not ideal or welcoming as a new patient (or patient at all). The doctor I saw was extremely condescending, a know-it-all, And just flat out rude in some regards. Just because you work at Yale, New Haven does not mean you deserve to flaunt an ego like that. Quality outfit good people. Professional but not robotic, personal without being fake or nosey.My experiences have been pleasant, efficient, very hugenic and relatively quick for a busy Dr office.The only downside I can see is having to deal with downtown New Haven and it's traffic.Otherwise it has been a very positive experience even though I'd rather not have vision issues.
Dr. Teng has been the most comprehensive eye specialist, I had . His skill set is outstanding. His communication with his patients is clear and educational.
