The doctors are great and the care is wonderful but the wait times are insane. Also, they won't let me make an appointment for my daughter earlier than 9:45 a.m. so there's usually no way that she makes it to her daycare on the day of appointment. Quality outfit good people. Professional but not robotic, personal without being fake or nosey. My experiences have been pleasant, efficient, very hugenic and relatively quick for a busy Dr office. The only downside I can see is having to deal with downtown New Haven and it's traffic.Otherwise it has been a very positive experience even though I'd rather not have vision issues.
