The doctors are great and the care is wonderful but the wait times are insane. Also, they won't let me make an appointment for my daughter earlier than 9:45 a.m. so there's usually no way that she makes it to her daycare on the day of appointment. Will be looking into other locations. I just can't do it anymore.
This is my review on my recent visit, my only visit. Overall, I would give this place three stars only because the doctor’s professionalism and the wait time which is understandable. Care seemed excellent other than personality of the doctor. Personally witnessing the attending doctor tearing down his residents in front of patients was not ideal or welcoming as a new patient (or patient at all). The doctor I saw was extremely condescending, a know-it-all, And just flat out rude in some regards. Just because you work at Yale, New Haven does not mean you deserve to flaunt an ego like that. Quality outfit good people. Professional but not robotic, personal without being fake or nosey.My experiences have been pleasant, efficient, very hugenic and relatively quick for a busy Dr office.The only downside I can see is having to deal with downtown New Haven and it's traffic.Otherwise it has been a very positive experience even though I'd rather not have vision issues.
