This studio has been around for 20 years for a reason: it's a fantastic place to practice original Bikram yoga.The studio is clean and welcoming. I've been practicing for 12 years, and the yoga speaks for itself. The yoga room here is kept at the perfect temperature/humidity for a challenging yet beginner-friendly practice and classes are led by experienced teachers. I especially loved the class taught by Robin, the studio owner of 18 years. The space is also equipped with private changing areas and showers. This is one of my favorite studios. I have gone multiple times during my years at Yale and every time was such a great experience. All the different instructors that I had were all very professional and very in tune with every student’s needs and limitations. Your body and mind always feel great when walking out of a class!
I have been to easily 20 studios in the area and this is one is by far the best yoga studio I have ever been to! I love it so so much. The classes are both relaxing and challenging and the instructors are extremely kind and friendly! I cannot recommend this place enough - it is the highlight of my week and has had such a positive impact on my life. If I could give it 6 stars I would :)
