Horrible customer service. I had to click on 1 star to proceed but really it should be a ZERO!! I had a schedule appt for a Japanese treatment and called to speak to Tiffany to discuss a Keratin treatment instead and was told she can’t speak to me or call me when she’s available because it’s “wasting her time”. Instead I should WASTE MY TIME and get a consultation again…..nope! Canceled my appt. There goes her $450.00.

We came here to get a haircut for my daughter for the first time and we thought it would be good because we have been here previously and we were satisfied with the work. This time the lady that had previously been there was no longer there so there was another lady who did my daughter’s hair. Her name was Alex. We thought she was gonna be nice but turns out she wasn’t the nicest. Asked for long face framing layers and curtain bangs and walked out with just curtain bangs. We specifically asked for layers and there are no layers shown. The cutting is choppy and looks like anyone could do it. Theres a random cut piece hanging near the bangs. Overall the cutting was not as expected and definitely not good for the price. $70 is outrageous. Never coming here again. It’s better if I cut her hair at home. I came here to give her something professional walked out with a $7 haircut. Highly disappointed.

Today (5/30/24) I went to Soho for a wash, blow dry and flat iron. The stylist Brittany was friendly but didn’t throughly wash my hair. I have a dry scalp condition and use medicated shampoo. Afterwards my scalp still felt itchy and flaky. The medicated shampoo that I use was prescribed by a dermatologist. The scalp has to be at least 95% clean before moving forward. There are clear instructions on the bottle that was ignored. The shampoo must sit on scalp for 10 minutes before rinsing out. Plus $70 is too much money, I will not be returning to the hair salon area of Soho.
