I went in yesterday afternoon for the first time to get a cut with Gracie and, WOW! She was so kind, friendly and made me feel so comfortable. I showed her a picture of what I wanted since my hair was dry from bleaching it and she exceeded my expectations. My hair is so soft and the cut came out PERFECT. I will be going back to see her from now on.

Been coming here for haircuts for the last 6 months or so. Scheduling is super easy and every person I have worked with has been very friendly and good at what they do. Grace does a great job with my curly hair.

I was visiting New Haven from out of town for a wedding and booked an appointment with Erin for an updo. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic! Erin was incredibly professional and thoughtful—she asked about my time constraints, whether the event was outdoors, and other details to ensure the style would hold up perfectly. She worked efficiently, and I was out the door in under an hour with a beautiful updo that exceeded my expectations.

I couldn’t be happier with the result, and I highly recommend Erin and this salon to anyone looking for great service and amazing results. Thank you for making me feel confident and wedding-ready!
