I generally do not trust people touching my hair.. but Lori at Ricciuti is amazing! She listens to exactly what I am saying and if she doesn't think something will work she finds a common ground where I am happy with my hair and she is happy cutting it that way! I have since moved out of New Haven county up closer to Hartford but I still come down to see her when I'm in need of a hair cut!
