I called Steve blindly because he could come out on a weekend, and he was super responsive and super prompt. Unfortunately he needed to order toilet parts but he was back two days later to do the installation. In fact, he had to go back to the supplier that same day because of some missing pieces, but he came back the same day and also came back the next day for some adjustments. Steve is a great guy, friendly, responsive and professional. We will use him again!Service: Toilet repair
