Zach and the Nolla team were incredibly accommodating and receptive to my needs during my 60 min massage. Booking the appointment was simple and organized, which was refreshing compared to past booking experiences with other places.During the massage, Zach was considerate of what areas I wanted him to focus on and which areas to avoid. I’m looking forward to visiting again and recommend everyone turn to Zach and the Nolla team when seeking a quality massage in the New Haven area!

My friend and I went today for a Salt Cave Session. From the moment we walked in we knew it was going to be such a great experience. The staff was so nice and welcoming. We loved every moment of the Salt Cave Session. SO RELAXING! After the session one of the owners walked us around and showed us other things they have to offer. Let’s just say, we will be going back! Highly suggest! The staff here are so welcoming and sweet. I started coming here as a treat for myself and going to the massage therapist Lucy. She is really amazing and shows extra attentiveness and care to my past surgery areas that need extra tlc! They're also very affordable and has a ton of different services I'm excited to try. This will make a great gift for someone who is stressed , you leave feeling so calm .
