So we run this small bakery near East Rock - been there for like fifteen years now and never had proper fire alarms which I know sounds terrible but you know how it is with small businesses, always putting stuff off. Finally decided to stop procrastinating after our insurance agent kept bugging us about it. Started calling around to different fire alarm companies in New Haven and honestly most of them made it sound way more complicated than it needed to be. Got cameras installed last month. Their team was good, finished in a day which was nice. We can actually see people's faces now - before our old system was useless. My partner loves that he can check from his phone when he's home.
They had to come back once to fix an angle but whatever, they didn't charge extra. Good experience overall. Would recommed them, if you are looking for a CCTV or any other type of security camera system.

Professional, confident and extremely hard working. Just the thought and effort they put into camera location and wiring was amazing.
