mActivity is one of my favorite parts of living in East Rock and easily my favorite gym I have even been a member of. It is not only clean, it is lovingly taken care of and well stocked with everything you could need. The staff are all lovely, people are respectful in the space, and it has a calm distinctly un bro-y energy. I particularly love the sauna and steam room, which made New England winter so much more enjoyable. 6/5 stars.

I posted this review, because I realized the personal training (PT) team is world class, and I think other reviewers don't want the secret to get out. Honestly, you are probably sleeping on the improved quality of your movement, health, strength, and body image if you don't sign up for at least one session with a team member. I was able to realize my fitness goals and I noticed an improved quality of movement that ended up translating to unintention pain relief amidst other positive benefits. Do yourself a favor, try it.

Great amenities for the price! All of the equipment is in excellent condition. Lots of classes and resources included in membership. Great sauna. Only ever had positive interactions with the staff!
