Wonderful service! I lost my AirPods case here, and ppl were incredibly kind and efficient in helping me find it. They also did an excellent job dry cleaning my coat, highly recommend!

Mike is a zipper master! He offered a suggestion for how he could fix the broken zipper on a dress I brought in and he was able to provide a quick, workable solution. Overall, I received excellent customer service and it was such a joy to learn the history of the dry cleaning business (and his pizza box art!) while the dress was being repaired. I will be bringing my dry cleaning to Jet's from now on!

Jet’s is the best dry cleaners in New Haven! They do an excellent job with all my clothes— from formalwear to everyday pieces. As an added bonus, the people who work there are so friendly and accommodating! It’s always a joy to stop in to drop off/pick up. I recommend Jet’s to all my friends when they need a dry cleaner.
