I am seeing some improvement with my hair. I’ve been a HairClub member about 2 months now. My service provider Nicole is the best! She is very gentle and nurturing with my hair! 😊

Stiff customer service on the phone when trying to schedule an appointment. After the first few sessions they switch you from a 2x a month appointment to once a month (which was not explained up front). For the price I signed a contract for which was about $4000 for one year, I definitely feel I should be able to get served twice a month. I have had nothing but outstanding service in the year I have been coming here. It is a family atmosphere, everyone makes me feel at home, from the manager Mark, Brian the consultant, to your stylists Claudia, Keyla, Nicole, Claire, Brenda, Bobbie, and Donna, also your receptionists Nancy, and Anna. Thank you all, and I look forward to my next visit!

Been coming here for a little under 5 years. Great staff but can be hard to get an appointment with who I want sometimes but that says a lot about her talent. Honest, private, and the people go above and beyond for you. My wife and kids love the way I look and I love how that makes me feel. Can't imagine going anyplace else.
