Your manager and stylists are super people and great to work with. But I been with you for 30 years and never even got a bottle of shampoo. I stuck with you through all your price increases and lost 3 services during covid and was never reimbursed. - that was with the prior manager.

I am seeing some improvement with my hair. I’ve been a HairClub member about 2 months now. My service provider Nicole is the best! She is very gentle and nurturing with my hair! 😊

Stiff customer service on the phone when trying to schedule an appointment. After the first few sessions they switch you from a 2x a month appointment to once a month (which was not explained up front). For the price I signed a contract for which was about $4000 for one year, I definitely feel I should be able to get served twice a month. I have had nothing but outstanding service in the year I have been coming here. It is a family atmosphere, everyone makes me feel at home, from the manager Mark, Brian the consultant, to your stylists Claudia, Keyla, Nicole, Claire, Brenda, Bobbie, and Donna, also your receptionists Nancy, and Anna. Thank you all, and I look forward to my next visit!
