I called the day before and I told them that I would be there after 1. The next day they called my phone 5 times asking me when I was going to get there, and when I got there they were looking at me like I was crazy, then one lady just grabbed and sat me in a chair, didn’t even ask what I wanted or nothing. Then when I told her what I wanted she told me wait because she couldn’t do that style. I never experienced anything like that before.

First let me say that the shop could be cleaner. They quoted me $140., when I got there, because my own hair is long they charged me $180 (okay). I asked for medium box braids and I still got regular. I asked for actual box based and for the most part I got small C parts. I am tender headed but I can handle it. I asked several times for her not to braid so tight. She still braided my hair too tight. It hurts so bad I could barely touch it. Day 2 is better but I still can't manipulate hair. Finished product is beautiful, but not what I asked for. No style should ever be so tight you can't enjoy it. Before I would go back I would have a conversation about the tightness...read full review
