I was referred by Warby Parker to come here to get my nose pads replaced, and it was definitely worth the visit! The whole process took less than half an hour from walking in to out, and everything was taken care of smoothly. Highly recommend giving Fritz & Hawley Guild Opticians a visit!
Had a pair of glasses that needed to be fixed. They were able to fix them in less than 10 minutes! Employee was very helpful throughout whole process. Good customer service, good business I’ll be sure to come back to!!!
It’s not even a question. I went from new caanan to Greenwich to all in between and no one was more accommodating with lens manufacturing time, in store inventory, or just glasses knowledge. Manny is a complete eyewear dork (in the best way) who can give you insight into what’s cool on Reddit or in person. He’s very mellow with no sales pitch energy, and his goal isn’t to upsell you but to have you leave in what you like best. I won’t even be living in New Haven for my career but I’ll be traveling to come and get my lens work done with him. Also accepts insurance!!!
