I saw earlier reviews from years ago and they don't seem to be applicable to the service I received. Everything went smoothly and I'm happy with my clothes. Maybe management changed, but this business no longer deserves its low rating.

Opened in 1939, Blue Jay Cleaners is Connecticut's oldest running dry cleaners. Our goal is to provide the ultimate dry cleaning and laundering services to accommodate every need of the residents of New Haven and the Yale University Community. Our organic dry cleaning process is eco friendly, provides biodegradable products and offers a superior cleaning quality than the cheaper "traditional" dry cleaning methods. We also provide free storage and laundry services.
