I am extremely dissatisfied with Starling Physicians in New Britain, CT. My daughter has been a patient there since birth, and yet she was discharged without any warning, written notice, or clear explanation. Staff previously told me that if another appointment was missed, then we would receive a warning. Instead, without saying anything to me, they removed her from the practice entirely.
When I attempted to make a new appointment, I was unexpectedly told that she had already been discharged — and no one could explain why. I am absolutely shocked and disgusted by the level of unprofessionalism at Starling Pediatrics. Parents, BE WARNED — the behavior in this office is unacceptable on every level.
The front desk receptionist, Taylor, is hands down one of the rudest individuals I’ve ever encountered in a medical setting. She has hung up the phone in the middle of conversations, refuses to answer calls, and even tries to hide her name when confronted about her behavior. This is not just unprofessional — it’s disrespectful, dismissive, and completely inappropriate for a pediatric office that families rely on for their children’s care.

Went here because my usual PCP was on vacation and I was sick and needed to be seen ASAP. I got some tests done and was told I would receive a call within 20 minutes. I called over 4 hours later since I was waiting and haven’t received a call. I was told my results were “completely missed”. I asked if I haven’t called if I would even have been given results and response was “No, your results were completely missed.” Very unprofessional and negligent in patient care.
