When I arrived I was shacking very badly. I didn't know I had COVID. The staff covered me with blankets because I was so cold. Upon giving me a cup of water I dropped it all over the P. A. I had a severe soar throat which was getting worse by the min. They did the tests they needed to do and were so kind and caring toward me. Im73 so I'm afraid I may have been a little difficult. They were wonderfull. With medication and rest I feel on the road to recovery. I wish I could thank them in person. I will say GOD BLESS THEM.
Since this place has moved into the new building, the service is much better, very spacious, clean, and friendly staff. Everyone very helpful. They took me right away, and wasn't crowded. This is more like it!
I had the need to visit the Urgent Care while visiting the area from out of state. All staff was helpful and friendly. There was no wait time. I, unfortunately, had to return for a 2nd visit when my problem persited, but I feel I was treated appropriately and ultimately successfully. I'm very happy with all aspects of my visits.
