Loved it they are precise and take there time to make sure you walk in and walk out with everything you will need! And worry about a patient ask we okay how we feeling, they are so supper kind.Thank you Paola and yomara and Joslyn and best of all Dr Kevin King and Rex Mahnensmith. To any one I do recommend to go to the docs on frost road or even chase ave in Waterbury ct. they even got in chase a behavioral in person too and if not they got by phone dmslljoys.life I love this one easier for me take on the go any where phone call.

Absolutely terrible, still waiting for the doctor to call me back, said she'll call in 5 minutes,had to leave because they were putting patience ahead of me with no appointment. The front desk girls were friendly and apologetic but the doctor was something else,then they said when I called back, were very sorry,not once but twice,the doctor is going to call you now, that was Tuesday morning, today's Wednesday afternoon and I'm still waiting for the doctor to call me. Office was disgusting, filthy, nothing had been wiped down in months,took my co pay also, pretty gutsy after not even seeing the doctor, I should say they took that first

The best urgent care in Waterbury hands down! Have been here twice in the past year officially will be going nowhere else. The staff are kind, soft spoken, and diligent! Peaceful environment and immediate care! 1000/10
