We had an incredible experience at Wren with our purchase. Claude from the Milford store gave exceptional customer service from start to finish. He over communicated every step of the process and had nothing but patience as we changed the design a few times.
Our order was delivered on time, and smoothly. Its a shame that so many reviews are negative and talk about damaged orders, when you are given plenty of time to inspect your order and refuse anything that does not meet your expectations.
