This place is a treasure here in Milford. Whether it was a sacral massage for my son, a regular massage for my other son or an Ashiatsu massage for me, all three of us came out happy with our experience.It is so nice to have so many options to increase our wellness right here in town. Everyone there is wonderful to work with and will do everything they can to make you feel better.They have so many services they provide and will guide you on which one is right for you if you aren't sure which one you would like.Totally worth a try!

Amazing experience! I have been working with Holly for over a year post-op after a surgical procedure for lymphatic massage and she is a true master. You can really tell the difference in her techniques and ability to diagnose issues with her hands. She has also been a real emotional support through this time, always listening to my anxieties, concerns and fears. She is extremely patient and tailors each session to exactly where my body is at. I cannot wait to transition just to massages and other treatments for pleasure and well being!
