Walmart House Cleaning Services

I just spent three and a half hours at the Milford CT Walmart trying to get an oil change. I was told three people ahead of me so two hours. I wasn't happy but said ok, walked the store for an hour. When I came back there was a truck in line and two cars, then another car. I asked again after two hours, I was next, someone had an appointment. after three hours my truck was pulled up and the guy went to lunch. I asked and was told someone else would do the job. I asked After another half hour because after three and half hours the hood is not even up yet. I was told the "other guy" was on tires first. After over three and a half hours I left. I ordered a fluid master 504 for my toilet repair. The item was never delivered though à message of delivery flashed on my smartphone. When I called Walmarts customer service I was told I signed for the item . I have never signed. Asked the cs staff can we review it look at signature and address? The phone was disconnected. Prior to disconnecting the phone operator kept insisting I signed and denying anything could be done. I have looked for a other ways to receive. Finally found a local phone number after over 10 rings there was a pickup no answer, after 10 minutes of was disconnected. I am so disappointed and don't recommend doing a mail order. As I write this review, I am currently waiting in line to check out at this Walmart location. I'm in line for the self check out, which has to be at least 40 people deep. There is not one single cash register open that has a real person working it. I needed help in the sporting goods department with an item, and I had to run all around the store, only to be told by one unfriendly employee that he could not help me because he is "off the clock in 15 minutes." 15 minutes? The item that I needed help with would've taken him a grand total of about three minutes to assist me with.
