Reliable Dental Care

I’ve been coming to Reliable Dental for close to a year and I have to say not once did I have a bad experience. Every visit they work with my work schedule and make it so convenient.thank you to the whole staff.

Brought my kid to his appt today. They breached contract by not allowing him to be seen. I have his husky id number and even the state told me they were suppose to take him in. He just missed school without a note and for no reason because of this issue now. And when asking for the name of the lady at the desk, and for the managers name, she didn’t want to disclose the last names. Weird. Also they messed up my grandmother and my man’s dentures. Each of them had to get them redone. Do not go here. They knew me forever. Can’t believe they wouldn’t take my kid. And breaching their own contract lol wouldn’t let me talk to the manager. Very disappointed in this place. I’ll be calling husky back with my report. They wanted me to let them know if they dont see my son. Which I will do. Good luck to anyone going here. They suck. U guys should go to true family dental in west haven. They know what they’re doing. They told me I dont need the insurance card just the id number, like a normal office. An office who doesn’t breach their contract. Now my son has an appointment set up with no issues in two weeks. Another day of school is gonna be missed but hey, I’ll never be back at “reliable” dental care ever again. I won’t let me, my man, or my grandmother go there ever again just cuz of this issue. So now they lost 4 customers. For breaching conduct. All in one day. All they had to do was take my ID and my son in with his husky number. If they breach this contract I wonder what else they breach. Untrustworthy 100%. My man still doesn’t wear his dentures. They have no idea what they’re doing making dentures. My grandmother had to get hers done by someone else because they messed up not once BUT TWICE on her dentures. They pulled my mans teeth out and messed up the mold my man had no teeth for MONTHS left him hanging to call him back with pairs that are too big for him. Got these done TWICE and he still won’t wear them. The worst dentist office I have ever been in. This was the last straw. And they pressure people to give a good review cuz they act all nice, I can be nice all day but u should know what ur doing at least. And breaching a contract with husky is crazy. Can’t wait to tell them

Great place! Good spot for cleanings, and what not.

I been going here sense they were near the Boston post rd. I always liked this dentist the staff is very nice and has the best dentist. I referred my dad, my boyfriend and now brought my 10yr old daughter and they all were great. I highly recommend this dentist for all ages.

They’ve always treated me well worked with me and my teeth are great. I’ve been coming here a long time and I cannot say enough good things about the staff and the doctors that work here.

Very welcoming! I have pretty bad dentist anxiety, but they were nice and explained everything that was going on very clearly :)

I enjoyed the experience and my teeth feel better and more clean after the cleaning.
