I contacted Technology Revealed after my 2011 MacBook Pro stopped working. James offered to evaluate it for a reasonable price. He followed up quickly with options to fix it but didn't pressure me at all in that direction. He even sent me recommended websites for refurbished Macs.

Great service from Technology Revealed. Highly recommend and will work with again in the future. I had issues with several hard drives and TR did a phenomenal job recovering the data. Communication was clear and responsive.
