Where do I begin, suppose I could say the company I work for (and me personally) has been using Technology Revealed services for about 30 years. I'm probably their oldest customer? They have helped me with the migration of Mac platforms to Motorola, Intel, Apple silicon chips including networking, hardware, configuration and software. TR has always provided responsive and cost effective service to the company I work for and to me for my personal IT needs. Their in depth Apple product knowledge is (I think) is unbeatable.

I contacted Technology Revealed after my 2011 MacBook Pro stopped working. James offered to evaluate it for a reasonable price. He followed up quickly with options to fix it but didn't pressure me at all in that direction. He even sent me recommended websites for refurbished Macs.
