There are some pretty bad reviews up here but I wanted to share my experience. I got a keratin yesterday and it was pleasant. My hair looks great and the woman that did it was friendly and answered all of my questions. I hadn’t done keratin in a few years so I was a little nervous. She did great.
I’ve been going to Heather for waxes for about a year, but was looking to find a hairdresser that was more local. I decided to take the plunge to have her do my hair. I have vivid pink hair, but Heather did an amazing job. She was not only thorough — she even redyed my hair a second time to make sure that I had extra coverage since I have dark brown natural hair, but was knowledgeable too when it came to products and keeping my hair healthy as possible despite the bleach that my hair goes through. While my previous hairdresser was great, the way that Heather cut my hair made my fine hair look fuller than it has in a VERY long time.

First time going here. Hadn't been to a stylist for awhile so definitely needed an upgrade. Found a Groupon for a cut, partial highlights and blowdry, so decided to use it. Salon is cute and inviting. Erica was my stylist and she is very professional. She is a great communicator, listens well, gave good options for my haircolor and color correction. I did go over my Groupon price a bit because I asked for additional services. But, that was expected; and Erica informed me of the additional costs beforehand. So it was all good. Enjoyed my experience at Styles and my hair looks great!
