Starlander Beck is a first-rate, professional car stereo business. Diane and JJ were clear in their recommendations, and they did exactly what they said they would do. Diane is superb upgrading my Elite car stereo when she found a better model at the same price over the one originally quoted. JJ's installation was seamless, and he walked me through the new system's features. Go there and discover the tremendous customer service yourself. You won't be disappointed.
JJ was the best!!!....I came in seeking some technical help with my radio. He dropped everything he was doing and went outside to help me. It took him less than 2 minutes and my radio was back to the way they had installed it a year ago! Folks like JJ is the reason I keep coming back here. Coming back for another project!
FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! I called the shop in the middle of the day. They were able to take my vehicle in, gave me straight answers to the questions I asked, and, upon pickup, their technician, JJ, walked me through everything about the new setup and how to work the new equipment. He really took his time with the explanation process (around closing time) and even said he treated it as his own vehicle. Can't find a single wire sticking out, everything works as it should, and sounds amazing! 10/10 would tell everyone to shop here!
