Didn't realize how outdated this Gym is until I went elsewhere. In the process of canceling membership where a form MUST be obtained from the Manager of Club. That's BS & verifying my membership is canceled should be fun. Equipment here is not kept up & people on their phones taking up space is the norm.

This is my first time here . At first glance outside it looks like a nice place. When I came inside waiting for my Friend to get here I instantly got a bad vibe . And normally my intuition is right. There were " workers/associates " of the gym sitting at there desk. There was one man talking with potential customers and he was awful towards them. And once they left all of them were laughing and joking about those customers. Not once did the customers get rude with the man. I wish I asked for his name. For 10 minutes he was so rude and continually talking about the incident. I don't recommend coming to this location . The man keeps picking his nose and coughing and just rude. All of the associates are just on there phones . Not one person asked if I needed help . Worst customer service ! Do not waste your time !

In order to cancel this gym membership you have to mail them a letter. STUPIDEST S*** EVER AND A WASTE OF TIME. I called the gym and spoke with Greg. He couldn't give me a refund even though I've been out of state for a month. This is the worst gym ever. Didn't help me so I wouldn't recommend this gym to anyone.

Went to view this establishment with few area teachers who were considering fitness clubs. We were treated very abruptly and unprofessionally by the rude sales person. Questions were completely ignored ...literally walked away and refused to answer. He was not interested in giving us any information unless we joined on the spot. He left us standing there. We have seen several gyms and were treated professional and respectfully in all ...BUT NOT HERE. They lost several memberships and referrals.

Beautiful gym to be working out in! Well managed and immaculate. Not crowded and social distancing enforced in the cardio zone. Cleaning supplies available for members.

Very nasty places.... the members don't care about sanity because they use to throw away the napkins..... a group of guys didn't show respect to the rest of the members, playing so loud their music instead of use headphones, and I can say literally, they look like the owners of the gym. I said that cause they were using more the 3 machines at the same time and dancing around .. you can play your favorite music but you should respect as well. The bathroom nasty ... nasty nasty The environment is a place where you can do what ever you want.. drop the way on the ground or in the machines... anarchy In conclusion... nasty and it's clear that LA need new managers and staff .

Went to the gym today to swim only. The pool needed cleaning and it seemed like the water evaporated some. Not sure if it was on or what. I also observed a man entering the pool without taking a shower. It is mandatory to shower before entering the pool especially now with COVID19. We arent sure of contamination while in a pool so its important that LA Fitness reinforce these rules. I spoke with an employee in the front area whose response was "thank you for advising us". Not good!

New definition of awful. Never been treated like I broke the law when signing (or trying to sign up) for a memebership. They acted like we were trying to get away with stealing a baby because we have been members before years ago and the guest pass is for non members only. We aren't members and just wanted to check out the gym and they had three people at the front desk arguing with us. Special times. Not recommended. Sandy and Pedro need to learn a thing or two about customer service. And Pedro should think about working out before he has an MI related to obesity.

Zero is more appropriate but not an option. This used to be a good workout place. It moved from a convenient downtown location to its new location, not at all convenient. The number of classes shrank down to very few. I paid for 6 months in advance and was not able to go to the new location as I could not walk there, nor did the times work for me with my other obligations. The owner, claiming poverty, refused to refund my remaining two months that I had paid in advance. I would advise anyone looking for a business that conducts itself in an ethical manner to look elsewhere for a gym.

Did four classes at Crossfit Milford while in town on vacation and was really happy with the gym. It's well outfitted, clean, and the AC/fan situation was great during a heat wave. Coach Matt was fantastic, really observant and great feedback and just one of those super talented generous coaches. It felt great to get in a few WODS while away from my home box. Def will return next time we're in town.
