From the sales appointment to scheduling the installation date , completion and final payment the NEPI team worked with me to get it done. The sales appointment was informative with different options on what was available and would work best for my situation, the installation crew did a great job and made sure the space was clean when they were finished. They also made sure I was completely satisfied before requesting final payment, overall a great experience and I would feel comfortable offering their services to anyone looking for Spray foam insulation.

The New England Performance Insulation (NEPI) was prompt well mannered and friendly. When they were done they cleaned up and left the jobsite cleaner than it was before they started. The whole experience with NEPI very good and I would recommend if you need insulation work that you include them in the list of contractors to get quotes from.

I wish I could give them 6 stars. Everyone at NEPI was awesome to deal with. Carol made sure we were set up and taken care of, even after the job was done. She's amazing. The spray crew was awesome, extremely thorough and paid attention to detail (I'm all about that). Fair pricing too.
I'm one to do everything myself and hate having to hire out the work, but these guys made me feel comfortable and trust the process. Couldn't asked for a better company. I've used them 3 times now, its been amazing everytime. Thank you for everything.
