I purchased a Groupon to this establishment for my birthday in July 2023 for $86. I was later informed that only one person does the Swedish 60-minute massages. I made numerous attempts to schedule an appointment. However, their was always a conflict due to the staff short work schedule.My Groupon was expiring Dec 31, 2023. I contacted the spa a few times prior and was told to wait after Jan 7th due to the staff person being sick. I was told MySkin would honor my coupon after the expiration. I was never contacted after Jan 7, 2024. It's almost February 2024. This is extremely bad business practices!! To not accommodate a paying customer is terrible treatment! To have only one person in the spa doing Swedish massages is not suitable. I should have been offered another service for never receiving my Swedish massage. I will be visiting for my full refund of $86.

I had a fire and ice facial today and it was amazing!! So relaxing and left with the most glowy, refreshed skin. Definitely going to recommend this place to all of my friends!

I had a wonderful microcurrent facial today with Elle! I’m in the industry and wanted to experience this machine by neurotris. Drove up from Stamford and was very happy with the whole experience. I highly recommended my skin face & body! Thank you Elle!

I happen to find this place looking for a full body massage and MySkin did NOT disappoint! My massage therapist Karen was so nice, informative and inviting. The place is very clean, smells nice of course and all the staff I met were very professional. They play relaxing sounds and she gave a great massage! Will definitely be returning. I found a Groupon and after you appt if you book within 48 hours of your current visit you can get 50% off your next visit. That’s a really good deal especially with the great service you receive!

This was my first time with Elle at My Skin! I was greeted at the office with a beautiful smile and warm greeting. I found Elle by chance, and after reading great reviews, I decided to give the DMK enzyme treatment a try.Before the treatment, Elle sat down with me and shared her wide range of knowledge of DMK / all things skin and acne, and planned which option would be the most suitable for me.After chatting for a bit, Elle got right to work with my skin and started the enzyme treatment, which was amazing in itself! Her studio was very clean, comfortable, and relaxing, and I absolutely loved the DMK regimen she chose for me. The whole experience was wonderful.Elle is very knowledge and I would recommend her to anyone who has any sort of skin issue- especially acne- because she takes the time to help you discover the root cause, unlike most Dermatologists who only prescribe medication.This is my skin 1 day after the enzyme treatment. I will definitely be back! ?

Elle really took her time to sit down and talk to me about products and what could be causing my acne. She was so attentive and helpful and taught me so much I was never informed of before. Lovely face and body spa with a peaceful massage room where Karen works her magic. She was able to quiet down some angry hip tendons that have plagued me for months and made a big difference in me being able to walk comfortably and get back to yoga. Thank you Karen!
