$500 for a 5 minute visit. This place is listed as a walk in and then you get billed for an emergency visit. Also l had to go to my MD because their Dr. told me nothing was wrong and prescribed ibuprofen. Highway robbery. DO NOT GO HERE.

Would give them 0 stars if possible. They will gladly charge you take your urgent care copay then a month later change it to an emergency room copay without telling you. Do your self a favor and go to the emergency room, you will at least get decent care for the copay.

Genuinely one of the worst experiences I have ever had at an urgent care. The nurses were nice. The doctor was extremely rude. I went in with my 3 year old daughter who was having a severe allergic reaction. The doctor gave her opinion and when I asked ONE question she gave me an attitude and told me she had just explained it to me and didn’t want to repeat herself. I was very overwhelmed in the moment as I was concerned and just asked a question for clarification. She then told us to leave and just go to the emergency room and was obviously annoyed we had the audacity to ask a question. It was extremely upsetting. Had zero bedside manner and made an already stressful situation worse. I will never ever go back here.

i came in to be seen for chest pain on my left side. every time i took a breath in i had a sharp pain on the left side of my chest. i had this feeling for about 24 hours, which was explained to the nurses and doctors. i had started crying about 20 minutes before arriving at the walk in due to the severity of my pain, as well as being stressed about being in pain. when i arrive, the nurses were all very kind and reassuring. the first doctor i spoke to was a woman, i can’t remember her name but she was very understanding of my situation and also very kind. i was ordered a chest x-ray, and then was told again to wait for the doctor. before the x-ray had come in, a different doctor, this time a male, came in to speak to me. he was extremely dismissive in his manner, insisting that my chest only hurt because i was crying and that i should “see my therapist”. i explained to him that my chest had been hurting since yesterday, and i was only crying due to being in pain as well as being stressed, but he was not listening to me. after the chest x-ray luckily came back normal, he comes back in to tell me my x-ray was clear and that he had prescribed me a coughing pill since i have also been coughing since this morning. i asked him if it was going to help with my chest pain, and he looked almost shocked that i asked and told me no. i asked him how to help relieve the pain in my chest and he said my chest is fine and it’s just from anxiety. i had to explain to him a third time that my chest had been hurting for 24 hours and i had only started crying because i was in pain. he said he would have the nurse bring me some tylenol and then he’d send me on my way. i am a generally very anxious person, but my experience did not help. i came into the walk in teary eyed, and left in a near state of panic due to my treatment here. i broke out in a rash on my chest and my arm (picture of my arm attached…). these doctors do not care for your wellbeing, they only care for your $$! i’m sure i will have a fat bill to pay after this as well to be told absolutely nothing. thank you to the nurses and female dr who were very kind to me.

First time visiting an urgent care center, so was dubious. It was brilliant. Is a Yale/New Haven facility and extremely well run. Astonished by the time and attention dispensed by a small army of friendly professionals. The doctor was wonderful. Totally positive experience. Very greatful to get medical care on a Sunday! Highly recommend.

I was prescribed a cream to use on my body and given a prescription refill to do the same a week later. The dr. wrote prescription wrong and I couldn’t get the refill until this June. I called two different times and spoke with two different nurses. I was told the Dr. I saw would call me the following morning when she was in since the Dr on call wouldn’t help me. I never got a call back so I went elsewhere. All I got was the run around and never felt like anyone cared about my situation. Please don’t go there.

When my primary care physician dismissed my concerns (and then went on vacation), I went to this clinic. As an RN, I recognized the seriousness of my situation. It did not warrant an ED visit, however.

Dr. Siegler and Cheryl, RN, were most caring and attentive, and spent a considerable amount of time with me

By the next day, I was noticeably improved. I will definitely return here if the need arises.

2.5* not surprising. I went to the urgent care this past Friday because I slipped and fell on the ice in front of my house. Landed on my side. Feeling very tender I went to get checked out. After being told by the doctor that even if I got x-rays and I did have a broken rib there’s really nothing they can do for it so I opted not to have the x-rays. well, the nurse never came in with the Motrin. They said they were going to give me. And they never sent the prescription for Motrin over to the pharmacy. They said they were going to send. Now I don’t know if it’s because I didn’t want to incur the additional cost for an unnecessary x-ray. I felt it was unnecessary because if in fact, I do have a broken rib there’s really nothing they can do for it. So the pain is going to be what it is until it heals. When I called back asking about the prescription I got the runaround. Now I’m not seeking narcotics. All I wanted was a Motrin 800 MG. I really am not feeling great about the care that I received. I think if I had the x-rays, I would have been treated better and that’s just wrong! So as I said, not surprised. 2.5*

Do not use this “walk in clinic” they commit fraud when charging insurance and they also pose as an emergency room which clearly its not if you ever have a real problem they send you to a real emergency room so explain that yale. Wont send you allocated bills of what your actually being charged for because they are a phony clinic under the umbrella of yale scamming the residents of milford and other surrounding areas. I received a bill for over 500 dollars for a simple walkin procedure no medication prescribed no work done was told by yale that you get charged once for the waiting room and again once the physician crosses the door in your examination room i went for a stomach ache received no medication was out within 15 mins about 5 in the examination room and have blue cross blue shield as an insurance so why is my bill 500 plus dollars when i was told co pay is 35 dollars they are saying that visit constitutes for a bill of close or over 1000 dollars again let me rephrase no medication given no equipment used i guess the tissue paper on the exam seat is worth 1000 dollars then
