Aaliyah is the goat when it comes to facials! She is the only este who remembered my skin turns pink when they use the papaya mask (and I haven't seen her for a facial in 4 months). She is very dedicated to the craft, understanding ingredients, and recommending products not just for the skin condition you have but for YOUR specific skin. She is an icon and she is the moment, I mean come on now! <3

Had the most amazing facial with Patti! Skin is clearer already! Massage with Joan was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Learned things I never had before. Highly recommend this team and location!

Booked a massage for 9:30 and sat and waited for 30 minutes in the waiting area before someone came to tell me my massage therapist called out for the day which sucked BUT THEN the manager and another therapist were so so soooo kind. Very accommodating, could tell they both felt bad. Rebecca was WONDERFUL she took me on her break and the manager threw in an inhancement for the inconvenience. So I will say…. Things happen and while I started off a little annoyed, everything worked out and everyone at the Milford location is truly wonderful
