A thorough analysis of the condition of our HVAC system and a detailed proposal to install a new HVAC system was made by the sales manager in a low-key, low-pressure manner. The scheduled installation, over 2 days, went flawlessly and on time. The new system was thoroughly tested after installation. The technicians were real pros and even swept up the basement floor before they left. M&R is a family run business that is a pleasure to deal with. The price that we paid was more than fair considering the excellent service and work that we received.
