The massage itself was good, but the experience afterward was very unprofessional. We paid the Groupon rate as advertised which was $10 more than regular rate, brought cash as requested, and paid in full. I tipped the first therapist separately for her service. The second therapist, who had performed an additional foot massage, argued about the payment amount, called the manager in front of us to complain about the rate, and made the entire experience uncomfortable. Despite her behavior, I still gave her a $15 tip, yet she continued to push for a larger one. There seemed to be no awareness that her conduct had already left a negative experience and did not warrant any tip. We used to come here all the time and they were much friendlier and had better customer services. Hopefully things will change for the better.

Would not recommend, If you’re looking just to get a massage, they know what they are doing, but if you want a peaceful ambience, professionalism and relaxation, you will not get that here, They were loud, talking amongst each other, I was completely uncovered, and another massage Therapist walked in and they switched. Then She went to go do something with the door outside and came right back in without washing her hands, They begged for a tip and then said the machine charges extra after the fact. They were not professional at all, she even asked me how much I paid while getting the massage… but as stated if you simply just care about a massage go to them but inner essence spa, which is maybe 10 minutes away will get you a much better experience.
