I had a car accident in January where I was T-boned and pushed into another car. I was hurt and now have a bulging disc in my neck due to the accident. Shortly after the accident my insurance company told me not to be alarmed if an officer came to my house to serve me with papers because the car that I got knocked into because of another cars failure to stop at a stop sign was suing me.
