A few weeks after I finished PT for a work related injury to my shoulder I still had stiffness and tenderness in my right shoulder. I explained to Nicole where and how it was effecting me, she pinpointed the exact muscles and knew how to treat those individual muscles. I just recently completed my 2nd visit and now I can finally sleep in peace. Looking forward to visiting her again and continuing treatment.
