Took over an hour for a simple appt that i made over a month ago. First time and not impressed!

I have called your office three times and before even saying a word your front desk people puts me on hold and then automatically transfers to some unknown extension.This is very frustrating and aggravating, such poor customer service should not be practiced here. I was a new customer last year and had made an appointment for annual diabetic eye checkup. As no one has followed up to call me for my appointment, I had to call to see if my appointment was changed. I will no longer try to get any appointment and get another referral from my GP.
