Melissa Andrews would probably be the most unhelpful doctor I have found, plus she has refused multiple requests for almost 2 months now to release my medical records or my daughters to myself or our new doctors. They didn't like the fact my daughter is autistic and kicked us out, Happened to be the appointment for her SSA. Would highly not recommend . I wish I listened to everyone in town who said stay far away. They are profit over people. If you don't make them profit, they dont want you. Release my medical records I have sent the release for over 5 times now!!! What you are doing withholding my daughters and I records is illegal and will be brought to light.

This was a great office until Optum made it impossible to get in to see doctors. The wait times are long both to get an appointment and to see the doctor once you're there, the staff is run ragged. They spruced up the place with an updated entry area but the operations are bad - not because of the people who work there who always seem nice.

My primary care doctor left and I got a message saying they didn't have anyone for me to see there anymore...so I went elsewhere. My extended family has all left as the original doctors at the practice have fled. Avoid.

Showed up at 4:15 for my appointment. Waited 50 minutes and was never seen by Dr Tang. Since their office dissolved with most practitioners, I would suggest finding a new PCP at anywhere besides this office.
