Their fancy new waiting room and office is the definition of lipstick on a pig. Not to mention it’s millennial gray and devoid of anything appealing to a small child.The physician we see was recommended by another local. She’s okay, a little outdated in her practices but as my husband said “we don’t need to learn how to parent, we just need someone to give our kid vaccines and make sure he’s healthy.” Overall she’s friendly and interactive with our son. She gets him involved in his care so he’s not as scared every time he’s there.I don’t feel listened to at all by some of the staff. My experience with this practice has been nothing but pleasant. The staff are respectful, responsive, and professional. The facility is conveniently located and is well kept. I switched from my old provider to Middlesex Family Physicians due to concerns with lack of consideration for patients and overall lack of courtesy with staff, especially practicing physicians. I am very please with Dr Desai and all the staff at Middlesex Family Physicians. My grandparents referred me. They have been going here for years. The entire office is extremely accommodating to patients even during the COVID pandemic.
