I recently had Lasik surgery from Dr.Shriver. I was amazed how well I can see immediately after surgery. Dr.Shriver and his staff were so professional and kept talking to me throughout the procedure keeping me informed. I believe the procedure started at 8:15 am and was finished at 8:27 am. Zero discomfort whatsoever. There was just a slight pressure on the eye. I am one week out out surgery now and have no need at all for my old progressive glasses. I only need readers. I highly recommend Dr.Shriver and Middlesex Eye Physicians to everyone.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Shriver’s for about three or four years now. At my last annual visit, the dreaded “progressive glasses” conversation came up. I’m in my mid-40s and had always assumed I wasn’t a candidate for LASIK, but the idea had been nagging at me for years. After some testing and another conversation, we set a date.
