“Chris is very skilled and willing to do small tasks as well as bigger jobs.. We met him because our loan officer called several handymen in the area about making small repairs that the home appraiser said were necessary. In those calls, he found Chris the most accommodating and pleasant of the group. When Chris finished the required repairs, we asked him about several other tasks that needed to be done, and he has been back twice. He tore up very oldcarpeting and sanded, then painted, a stairway off the living room. When he found spots of rotted wood, he repaired them immediately. He also repaired a guard rail on our deck and is installing a light and fan over the stove. I would highly recommend this man for his willingness to do quality work in a reasonable time frame and at a competitive rate.Services: Cleaning“
